Nothing is lost. You can pause any upload with the Pause button and continue later. If the connection drops or the device sleeps, the transfer picks itself back up automatically. If the tab was closed or the browser crashed, reopen Rabbitdrop within 24 hours and select the same file again — we check which parts already reached storage and upload only the missing ones. Files follow a strict lifecycle: an active window set by your plan → on plans that include it, a paid file recovery window → permanent hard deletion. See the pricing page for exact retention per plan. No hidden copies are ever retained.
All transfers use TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Files are hard-deleted after expiry — not just hidden. We never read or analyze your files.
