Before you write
My file expired — can I recover it?
On plans that include it, files enter a paid recovery window after expiry ($1.99 per transfer). Anonymous Ghost transfers are deleted immediately when they expire and cannot be recovered. Email us with your transfer ID and we'll check where yours stands.
How do I cancel my subscription (Hop, Burrow or Warren)?
Log in, open your profile menu, go to My Transfers, and find the billing section. You can cancel any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
