Rabbitdrop asks storage which parts truly arrived rather than trusting the browser, and if the file you pick isn't byte-for-byte the one you started with, it uploads from scratch instead of stitching two versions together. Is the RAW transfer truly lossless? +
Yes. Our pipeline uses reversible compression only — your file arrives with identical bytes to the original. You can verify with a checksum.
How do I transfer a RAW photo to someone who doesn't have Lightroom? +
Upload the RAW file to Rabbitdrop, copy the link, and send it. The recipient clicks the link and downloads the file directly in their browser. Rabbitdrop doesn't require any software on either end.
Can I send a whole RAW shoot (hundreds of files) at once? +
Yes. Multi-file upload is supported. Select or drag all your RAW files at once and they'll be grouped under one shareable link.
What if the upload breaks halfway through a shoot? +
You continue instead of starting over. Uploads can be paused and resumed with one click, and a dropped connection recovers by itself. If the tab was closed, reopen Rabbitdrop within 24 hours and select the same files — only the parts that never reached storage are uploaded. See how it works.
How long will my RAW files be available after upload? +
Files are available during the active window set by your plan. On plans that include it, they then enter a paid recovery period before being permanently hard-deleted. See the pricing page for retention details per plan.
